Everything is sold " as is, where is" with no warrenties given or implied.
By placing a bid the bidder is satisfied with the description of the goods
Buyers are responsible for their purchases once the auction ends.
The last bid on and item is considered a contract to purchase and is legally binding.
All sales are final
Shipping is not offered on all items. We do not ship furniture. Shipping is prepared in house and send by FedEx at your expense.
The Auction company is acting as an agent only
You will be notified by email within 4 hours of the auction ending if you are the successful bidder
Payment can be made by: Visa, MasterCard, Debit or etranfer (woodenroseauctions@gmail.com- using your last name as the password) or by cash. We will NOT be automatically be charging your credit card used to register.
Pickup of your purchases must be completed during the date/time specified. We are asking at pickup to please social distance and enter the building one at a time or as directed by Wooden Rose Staff. You must wear a mask .
If an item is not picked up in the allotted time it will become forfieited and become the property of Wooden Rose Auctions Ltd. If that happens please keep in mind we may not allow you to register for future auctions. We are not unreasonable people if something comes up.....that's life, things happen, please make payment to us and contact us to make an alternate arrangement to pickup your goods.
Soft Close: In the event and items receives a bid in the final minute of the auction, the auction for that specific items will continue for another two minutes. This will continue until there are not further bids on this item.
The buyer agress upon registeration to the terms and conditions of the sale
The bidder understands that there is a 15% buyers premium and 15% GST/HST added to all sales
